The banter? Impeccable & hilarious. I audibly laughed a few times there. I like their dynamic and the the spice was good!
However I promised to take a star off my rating for the fact there was a

pregnancy scare trope. To make it even worse, the MMC was pro life and made it seem like she didn’t have a choice in keeping the baby. Stupid.

once that was resolved it was a fun, easy read and I’d recommend it if you want something light and funny. 3.75 ⭐️

Where should I start. Perfect banter: the talks between the two main characters should be used as a guide/reference how to be sarcastic, smart and funny. What a treat.

Sloane - I can't even... Wow. What a baddie! If I ever have a girl crush, she will be it.

Declan, my man, why so clingy? I can't blame him though, after all we are talking about Sloane here, but man, hakuna your tatas, por favor!

The plot was meh, a total chaos, but with that final twist and my 4 star rating, you can guess that I'm over it.

At the beginning, I was planning to highlight all the funny comebacks (for future reference), but that was not doable, because of.... reasons
