It wasn’t bad - I finished it, anyway - but it left almost no impression on me at all. The cover advertises that it’s an integral part of Zdarsky’s DD run, but I don’t think I’d go quite that far. Also, I either read this one twice and didn’t log it or some of the mini-episodes at the end were repeated from another collection. (I
Skipped the one about the fight with Typhoid Mary at the end because it seemed especially disconnected and random.)

I'm giving this a three because there were parts of it I really liked but it took very little time to read and I would be furious if I paid full price for it. It's basically a three issue conflict between Daredevil and Kraven the Hunter. I love Electra as Daredevil and the fight scenes were very well done. There wasn't much else to it. I don't remember Zdarsky's other Daredevil stuff being this decompressed. I think I'm going to stick with my original plan of rereading Zdarsky's run in omnibus form once its finished.

If I were a smarter reader, I'd have looked into this and known that I should have read more of Zdarsky's Daredevil FIRST before getting into this. I thought this was its own thing, but it's definitely not.

I'm turning into a full grandpa: How do people know which things to read when? I can't keep up with this shit.

Elektra has never been a character I've been super interested in. Lady Ninja. Got it.

I can't say this one took me to new heights of Eleklove, and the whole "no killing" thing feels a little like a throwback to the Punisher rubber bullets era.

I think the primary use of rubber bullets has been to give comic book superheroes an excuse to dual wield pistols and not piss off Spider-Man.

The only Devil's Reign tie-in that I actually liked, and one that helps to connect the two Zdaredevil runs. The bonus Elektra #100 issue collected here was a nice touch.
