3 stars - will not reread again
Nice lil intro book. I think it's time to move onto a more comprehensive one on the subject, though.
informative lighthearted

This short book should be required reading for navigating the complex world we live in.

I enjoyed the concise explanations given for the many fallacies we come across in discussions every day. With the presidential debates coming, it'll be nice to have the names for all the bullshit lines of reasoning the candidates come up with for why we should vote for them and not the other candidates. I also like that it'll help me form more valid, more watertight arguments to keep from making a fool of myself when sharing my political (or any other) thoughts online. It's perfect as a quick reference.

This makes a perfect coffee table book. Inside you will find a plethora of terminology that is common in making arguments. If you are prone to make political comments on social media , this book may be of some great use to you. The drawings in it are fantastic and it puts certain social devices into terms that anyone can understand.

"Now, more than ever" is one of the most annoying phrases I've heard, but do you mind if I start by saying...

Now, more than ever, it's essential to be able to spot logical fallacies in your own and others' speech. And what better way to learn how than with charming animals? This book is great for all ages. I loved it when I was a kid, I love it now.
challenging informative

A quick read, good explanation but some of the illustrations fail to convey the meaning.
