This is a fantastic, well thought out and well researched book. It's truly eye opening information page after page. This book explores so many different topics and areas of our daily lives that I had never even thought about factoring gender and sex into and it does an excellent job of collecting information from all over the world. All the statistics, studies and other information are backed up with hundreds of pages of cited sources. I recommend this book to anyone looking to better understand the daily realities of half the worlds population.

This book is like the the woke older sister of The Design of Everyday Things.
This book will make you righteously indignant every time you say Hey Siri and she ignores you, every time you your neck gets sore driving in a car, and every time you try to push open an incredibly heavy door.
