Amazing as always. Harder to wait for the next volume based on how this one ended. Very sad but also relatable in my opinion. I love Kotaro so much!
I love when books include culture and festivals. In this one, it's going to a shrine and wearing yukata at the obon. I can really empathize with Yaeshima in this book bc people's words are infectious and can mess with a person's self-esteem. Natori is a good boyfriend bc he actually makes an effort to understand Yaeshima.
This was really good. It made me feel very emotional and the characters felt really deep in this. I liked that it showed that you should lean on your partner and how to have a good partnership.
In case you’re wondering, yes—I accidentally read volume 10 before volume 9.
Okay, cool cool. Just hit me right in the childhood trauma. I've got to give props to the author Asako's reaction to her awful former classmate is so relatable. It's actually kind of scary how acurate, and similar it is to how I react when I think back on school... It's a bit depressing, so now I have to find something else to cheer me up again. But like super impressive that the volume is able to invoke these feelings, I just didn't want them right now.
