I’ve bought and given away so many copies of this perfect book.... if you need to explain depression, this is it.
WOW! What a great book about difficult feelings and hope. Simple language and stop-you-in-you-tracks evocative pictures make this a real standout.
Such a beautiful piece of art. This may be a picture book, but it's by no means a kid's book. It's about keeping your chin up, looking for the beauty in all situations, even the depressing ones. Hope will be there- your red leaf of hope is always there.
