Trama de 10. No tiene desperdicio alguno. Me ha encantado como ha profundizado en la historia de cada uno... y como ha evolucionado la estafa final, tan hilada y atada.
Pero no estoy nada de acuerdo con la muerte de Mathias, por qué no era necesaria... sólo dolorosa y amarga.
Negarle su final feliz a él y a Nina, no era nada, nada justo.
Este libro me ha hecho tomarle mucho cariño a Waylan y Jesper. Me encanta esa pareja

The ending was quite nice. But mostly I didn’t love this book. Felt like one random plot twist after another, overcome by one miraculous feet or new power or unexpected character after another. The world of the story was sometimes too detailed and didn’t make sense (oil futures?). And the fight scenes were mostly whatever. The best was kaz and inej and sometimes Nina. The rest were kind of flat.

I loved and hated the ending of this book and it left me wanting more. This book/series didn’t capture my attention like the Shadow and Bone series but the twists were good and it was beautifully written. There is only a sprinkle of fantasy in this book and it was mostly about the great heist and revenge.

It’s rare that I like a second book more than the first but this book got GOOD. The build and the tension was just insane!
