Tyler Steele, a disgraced journalist, looks into an increase in terrorist attacks on immigrants in Cardiff and finds himself getting mixed up in that not-so-secret organization, Torchwood. Funny and charming, with a good cast of supporting characters, but the plot starts off well and then stalls out and just treads water for the second half. First in a series.
