A fun, nostalgic, creepy tale! Gimme those 80s mall vibes and I will eat them up every time.

As a fan of the 80s slasher films, how could I not love this book?

Sylvaine’s way of writing so vividly that I can play the movie in my head the entire time is unmatched. Her final girls are some of my favorites, too. All the blood, dark secrets, and bad decisions we all love in these types of books.

I honestly didn't expect this to be good... but I hoped it was going to be the good kind of bad. Unfortunately, it was mostly just the band kind of bad. There was hardly any slasher aspects to the story which I was really hoping for and
Spoiler I found the concept of the cult just ridiculous

The title and the cover pulled me in and thankfully the content backed up!

What starts as a very enjoyable homage to 80's slashers, though set in a modern day mall, makes it clear that there is more happening beneath the surface in the early pages. I won't spoil the direction this one goes but I was absolutely on board with where the story ends up. Another fun entry in the Rewind or Die series and a great tribute to slashers and mall culture.
