It was giving how every single boy in twilight was obsessed with Bella but for no real reason and were “fighting” for her attention. I enjoyed the thriller portion of it but there were definitely times where it was too much and we lost the plot.

I mean, Reid said it best: “I give it 5 shiny fucking stars. Definitely recommend.”
(My personal rating is a 4.5 ✨ but I had to throw the quote in there)
I’m sorry, but I am absolutely the fuck not sharing my highlights from this book 😂 ☠️
This book is totally unhinged, so read the content warnings & buckle tf up, because it was a mf ride.
Pretty Monster follows our FMC Kyah, a young, notable & hot tattoo artist in Brooklyn. Though she has quite a few men pining after her, they are no match for her stalker. Can her best friend of 6 years, the Vice president of the local motorcycle gang, and her new hot neighbor protect her from what lurks in the dark?
Listen, I laughed a lot more than I probably should have during this book. All I gotta say, if you can get down with the unhinged side of FICTION, this is a must read.
The banter, tension and the SPICE, was fanfuckingtastic. It was also cool to have an underlying mystery plot. Though I figured it out relatively early, I was still “oooing” and “ahhing” as truths were revealed.
Definitely recommend.

This was good, and funny at times, but I just feel like she brushed over the idea of him being a serial killer who had plans to kill her and killed her friends so quickly.
Don’t get me wrong, I am ALL for falling for your fucked up stalker, but this was maybe just a little too unbelievable?
Maybe I need the serial killer to be a vigilante type for it to make sense to me? He just killed for fun.
Idk, I’m going to sit on this one.

Holy fuck this was actually a phenomenal dark romance
Like a lot of the time dark romances are rediculous but this one had a huge mystery element where we didn’t know who the stalker was and it was so great getting the SHOCK
Yea this one was ALOT of fun

Just didn't like that Alex was the stalker. It would have been more entertaining if the stalker were a completely different person who would kill every man in Kyah's life.

Stalker Romance
Multiple POV
I’ve been searching for a good dark romance, but the last few I read didn’t quite hit the mark, so I wasn’t expecting much. However, I absolutely loved this one!
The story primarily follows Kyah, a tattoo artist who’s being pursued not only by her stalker but by two other men as well. There’s Crew, her friend of six years who works at the station next to hers, and Viper, the vice president of a motorcycle club. She’s definitely attracted to both, but she knows a relationship with either wouldn’t be ideal or work out in her favor. Still, that doesn’t deter any of the men from pursuing her.
Our MMC, Reid, is not a good person— he’s a serial killer, not a vigilante or someone with a moral code. If you’re uncomfortable with reading about women (and some men) being murdered, this is not the book for you. In my opinion, there’s not a lot of it happening in real time (at least women), but it’s something to keep in mind before starting the book. This book is filled with red flags, and other parts got a little weird, but that’s pretty much what you expect when reading about a psychopath.
If that doesn’t bother you, I highly recommend it—I loved it!
