I thought I would really enjoy this book but it seemed to drag on and the “stalker” part of the book showed up every 10ish chapters. I was expecting the “I’m addicted to my stalker” part of the book but I felt like we spent so much time on EVERY other guy in the book. Also, she must be a magician because every guy is obsessed with her and I really don’t know what Kyah has that makes every guy whipped.

oh my lord … so good

Wow from the beginning I knew this book was going to be so sinfully dark. I was so not disappointed! From the first chapter I fell in love with Reid he’s so dangerous and slightly unhinged. Kyah who also has a bit of darkness in her. Girl had a stalker I mean literally in every sense of the word not only just follow ing her but doing naughty things to her. He was definitely possessive. I did not see that ending coming out the way it did but I loved it. I guess even the most unhinged can fall. This book is simply amazing with loads of spice and everything dark so mind your triggers .

“what really hurts is the thought of having to leave Alex. Despite everything, I can’t figure out how to not love him.”

“I don’t know how she managed to do it, but over the past two-ish months, the axis of my world has shifted, and suddenly it doesn’t revolve around my own needs anymore. It revolves around hers.”

“Every fucking day, I wake up and think of you, even after we’ve been together, and I’ve walked you back to your apartment. I wonder what you’re thinking. What you’re doing. If you’re happy or sad. I’m fucking crazy about you, Mace. “

“And as I’ve gotten to know him on a deeper level, I’ve realized that I could never let him go.Alexander Reid is the other half of my dark and depraved soul.”

This book was a wonderful surprise that I didn’t know I needed at first. I didn’t really like it initially; it didn’t do much for me until the middle of the book. The first half seemed a little boring, so I put it down. But then, when I came back to it, it picked up for me in a way I didn’t expect. It was a wonderful surprise because the book actually made me happy, smile, and even laugh out loud.

The point of view that I loved the most was Reid’s. He was somehow so unhinged, yet I found it funny. Every time his perspective appeared, it made me more happy about the book and put it in a more positive light. At first, I was a little confused by Reid because I felt like I was being fed too much information, or maybe it was the author’s intention to keep me guessing about who the stalker actually was or maybe I was just overthinking it the whole time and I already knew he was. But when I figured it out, I just knew it.

Overall, I absolutely loved this book. It gave me a wonderful experience that I didn’t know I needed. It made me feel happy, and I’m glad I stuck with it.
