I liked the suspense of figuring out who the stalker was. Enjoyed the ending as well, just a good ol’ stalker dark romance, what more could a girl want?

If you have any interest in reading this book, I strongly suggest that you go into it blind. That being said, consider not reading my review. I found it very hard to put my thoughts together without giving spoilers.

I loved EVERY MINUTE of this dark romance thriller! This story is told in multiple POVs; one FMC, three potential love interests, and one serial killer/stalker, and is staged somewhat like a mystery to figure out who he really is. I was lost for hours in this book, I was completely enthralled!

This also might have been the funniest dark romance books I've ever read. The characters' internal voices, especially the thoughts from our cocky unhinged stalker, were downright hysterical. I absolutely loved the author's tone and style, and literally laughed out loud several times. I also really enjoyed the strong and sarcastic FMC, though she was quite naive to the danger she put herself in (a necessity to the genre, otherwise we would have no story).

Welllllp… this was my first book of its kind. It was a birthday present and so once I started it I had to keep going. To be honest … I think toned down a little bit it would make a great psychological thriller type TV show, kind of like You. It was quite …. Intense …. But I actually did get pulled into the story line and wondered how it I was all going to play out. I would only recommend if you’re someone who really enjoys some pretty extreme (just in details, not in acts) smut. :)

This was such a crazy ride when it comes to stalker romances 😭. I love that the FMC had so multiple love interest after her, turning it into a guessing game on who exactly the stalker is.

Only problem was I felt the ending dragged a bit.

Sooooo I’m not reading stalker romance again since I’ve realized it’s not for me, but I really enjoyed the author’s writing style. I’m going to read more from her, but no more serial killer stalkers.
