I really liked this book!! I’m only giving it a 3 stars cause it took me a long time to get into. Once I did though, it was really cute and wholesome. I loved the sister relationship between Nora and Libby. I also really liked Charlie’s personality. In my opinion, it’s better than beach read but people we meet on vacation is still the best one of emily henry’s books that I’ve read so far.

I’m positive no one is this witty and quick to a fun comeback, but this book was hilarious. And the amount of times these two characters randomly run into each other is outrageous. But I really enjoyed this!

Emily Henry is great at pacing her books in a way that gives you all the characters’ backstories and feelings, creating deep full fledged characters, but still keeping the plot going. It makes her books very easily digestible and bingable.

This is like the George Clooney / Julia Roberts film of romcom novels … you’re not surprised at all at where it’s going, and you’re a little embarrassed to be so through enjoying something of this genre, but oh my goodness is it charming.
