This book is amazing. Please, everyone read it. This book was a profound exploration of what it means to be a woman in the context of vulnerability, romantic love, self acceptance, and becoming truly visible to those around us and most importantly ourselves. This book vocalised so many feelings and thoughts I didn’t know how to express. I feel seen in a tragically beautiful way.

The content is really heavy! I was finding it challenging and upsetting to read the stories in the book, they are disturbing and so many horrible things have happened to the individuals interviewed for the book. Not something I could finish at this point in time as it was impacting my mental health
