It's got tons and tons of humour:

I really tried but I couldn't finish this book. I cringed too much... Also, I hated the voice for the audiobook so that didn't help at all. She sounded like a smoker and I just couldn't go through ten hours of that..

-the characters made a lot of stupid decisions that would have seemed irrational if the author didn’t give them such obviously messed up pasts which so obviously need therapy.
-as a cardiac nurse Darcy’s erratic medication adherence and lack of accountability killed me a little anyway.
-the big leaps forward in the relationship would most likely be utterly incomprehensible to someone that had not experienced touch starvation. It really does make you act just a ln eensy bit crazy.
-hated the relationship between Darcy and her twin. Actual toxic codependency with fights that involve smashing an entire set of plates and throwing actual bricks at each other.
