The was an interesting start. I found the main character was like most main characters of moral values, yet I do like that was due to his family and makes his actions make more sense. Yet I found Tomas and his actions both predictable but at the same time understandable to his character. However his comeuppance was shocking along with the consequences of them.

Several typos and a few inconsistencies, but overall this was a great read. Though slow paced it was never boring, & it held my attention throughout. I'd definitely read the next one to see where Nathan's adventures take him this time :).
