The world is bleak so a trip down the rabbit hole was needed. Made me nostalgic for the movie and also was fun to read as an adult to really understand the madness and apply it to how humans really do act sometimes and how absurd it really is

The first book is far superior to the second, but “Looking-Glass” nonetheless has its charms. Regarding the “which dreamed it” question, I’m of the opinion that it was neither the Red King nor Alice but the black kitten which dreamed it all.
