I’m not a huge fantasy person but I love a romance. This book has turned me to explore more of the fantasy genre. It is full of steamy moments along with a riveting “enemies to friends” trope. Would highly recommend if you like lots of sexual tension, blood and, eventually, love.

I wanted to like this one but I feel like writing a book in the middle of an existing relationship was not the way to go (spoilers)
I wish we had the very beginning of Scarlett and Quinn's relationship because from the beginning of this book it just seems like they're always just FUCKIN
Which is fine!!! But like..... Idk I wish there was real fight between them
Also I don't get why Quinn was mad at Scarlett for literally saving her brother like give me a break. The ONLY reason ur brother is alive is because she did WHAT HE ASKED HER TO DO
Scarlett should've been more mad at Quinn lying about her father tbh
