I'm not all that hooked on this series. I know they're for children, but a lot happens in a really short space and all of the children features have been fairly interchangeable.

Un libro fácil de leer, y a medida que leo los libros de Lewis me gusta su estilo. Pues la historia esta disfrazada de cuento que relata al lector.

En este libro el ambiente árabe hace recordar a las fábulas. Aslan esta vez toma mucho más claramente su rol biblico.

Shasta comparte rasgos de las historias biblicas también, la similitud más obvia es con Moisés.

This book was charming and lovely to read. I've never read C.S. Lewis before but I believe this is a good beginning to the Narnia series. It does make me wanna explore the universe more. I can see why it's loved, as it's a classic reading with an easy yet playful writing style. Even the stakes aren't serious or deep which makes it easy to get lost into or wanting to be a part of the world. Also it's hard to not add voices to every character, even to minor ones.
