You know, Fertility Treatment and the use of Artificial Reproductive Technology is so incredibly common. 1 in 20 kids are created using them, thats 1 per classroom. Furthermore, 1 in 6 (or 1 in 8 / 1 in 4 - depending where you live) couples, rely on fertility treatment to conceive. The premise of the book is about 2 people in bet, where the hero tries to win to the heroine doesn't proceed with treatment since its 'icky and weird' and 'turkey baster' and 'someones jizz'. It's unsettling, awkward, and frankly uncalled for. Read the room.

This was book #1 for Romanceopoly 2020.

Challenge Pack: Moon
Square: The Bar
Challenge: Read a book where you and the author share at least one initial.

Friends to lovers stories may be my favorite romance trope ever!! These two friends are so perfectly mismatched but so perfect for each other. Corinne Michaels' writing always moves me to tears and this book was no different. Michaels and her co-author, Melanie Harlow, have written a charming, heartwarming story about friendship and overcoming fear of the past and future.

As an audiobook narrated by two of my favorite narrators, Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke, I literally couldn't stop listening to book. Highly recommend.

This was boring and I just didn't feel the chemistry, so pretty disappointing. It just wasn't for me.

I really enjoyed it. I didn't want it to end. But I thought it wrapped up very fast. It would've been better if it took a little bit more for Reid's resolution.

cute but I cant be the only one that thought the ending was too rushed and overly too convenient right? like the guy suddenly realizes he was does actually want a marriage and baby in a chapter?? when he had been so relentless and obdurate abt his beliefs that he would 'never ever' change his views but he does and on his own too, like he suddenly comes to solution and realization after literally nothing. If it took a little longer then it would be more believable.

still cute tho

Loved Reid and Willow together. Great chemistry and connection. There were times that Reid got on my nerves a bit but good overall story. I loved Reid and Willow's friendship.

I loved this book so much that I had to take a few days before writing my review. I am a complete sucker for friends to lovers romances because my husband was my best friend for years before we starting dating.

Reid and Willow are absolute perfection. They are both stubborn and frustrating at times but when they finally give in to the inevitable, their love his amazing. Change is scary and neither Willow nor Reid wants their relationship to change. But in order to move forward they both have to accept that change is inevitable. Once they both get out of their heads and allow their love to guide their way, they have an epic romance that has me in a serious book hangover!

I adore Reid and Willow's story - it's fun and sweet and sexy blended with just the right touch of suspenseful emotions. It's the perfect story you'll want to read again and again.
