I definitely enjoy all of the PLL books, but honestly I just want it to end already.

This book picks up right where the previous one left off. All of the stories continue, A is still at his/her antics. The PLLs strike up new theories on who A is and how to take him/her down, but ultimately A still looms over them.

As much as I love reading this series and I don't want it to end because it is such a dependable time waster, I just want this A stuff to be wrapped up. There must be some other scheme Shepard can finagle as opposed to the same old A shenanigans.

I really think this series should've stopped after book 8, because these characters ended up so stupid I can't even handle it. After everything they've gone through, they just keep going with the lies! Just admit the truth, go to jail... A can't get to you there, and honesty A has no way to mess with you if the truth's out! I loved the secret twin plot of books 4-8, so unless this A turns out to be one of the Liars, I don't see it measuring up. I hate to say it, because I always usually love books more, but the show is so much better than this latest cycle.

At this point I'm just frustrated and amazed at how Hanna, Aria, Spencer and Emily always manage to have dangerous and life-turning secrets, they don't even need A to do anything, they're making their own lives complicated and messed up. Don't they learn from their past experiences?!

So in this novel we follow are four little liars as they still cause trouble. Stunning mainly follows Emily's emotional ride on thinking the baby she put up for adoption is in danger. But there is bit of scandal that went on with the adoption.

But Emily has already chosen a family to adopt her baby. Emily goes through with Gale but then second guesses it as Gayle becomes obsessed.

Present:

Now, as A still taunts the girls, Gayle does as well. But though the story's main focus is Emily, each girl still has their own scandals.

In all Mrs. Shepard managed to shock as all again. I was sad and excited as this series comes to a close to see who A is.

we can't just stay accusing everyone and anyone of being A. it's getting extremely irritating now bc the characters they pick are so unbelievable

These books are getting so ridiculous, and yet I can't stop reading them. I guess I figure I've already read eleven of them, why not finish the series? Anyway, the Liars are getting stupider and stupider. Throughout every book they "know" A is one person and it always turns out that we just have to read the next book to find out how A really is. And the way the rationalize things is annoying. And there's always the fact that they never tell the police that someone is threatening them, setting them up, and trying to get them killed. Makes sense.
I like the books but now it's just getting old.
