I'd read Triptych before, but wanted to go back to the beginning before starting properly with Karin Slaughter's books. It was a wild ride, but a good one. If you can't stand violence in books, you should stay away miles from this series, because it is very violent and bloody. I would like to read more in the series. I liked Sara probably better than Will Trent.

I am not surprised I absolutlely loved this - it had to be 5 stars for me. I am a total Karin fanatic, her characters, plots, twists, etc, are just so so so well done. It is clear she does her research, her writing is top of the line. I love it all. I cannot wait to read this whole series.
