Wow! A very long book, but it was RIVETING! I didn't want to put it down, so much was happening but it didn't feel rushed at all. I feel content, all my questions answered, I couldn't want more. Excited for The Wicked Powers though, bc the epilogue was very interesting! I'm very curious what happens next but even if we weren't getting a new series, it ended well enough that I'm not really pressed for the 2 loose ends (Kit, and Ash and the Seelie Queen) I hope I can remember what happened in the book when the new ones come out... This is why I usually wait til they're all released before I start a series, but I was tired of waiting, I've been in the Shadow World since I was 14/15. I remember when books were coming out, when CoLS & CoHFA came out. I'm 23 now so it's kind of nice that something from my childhood continues on. Kind of like how I felt about Percy Jackson. While The Shadowhunter Chronicles aren't my favorite books of all time, they do mean a lot to me. Reading of Alec and Magnus for the first time meant so much to me at 14 for reasons I didn't understand til I was 23, re reading TMI for the 2nd time and starting TDA.

WTF that epilogue! I was waiting for it though...
I think the beginning was much greater than the ending though.

Love it anyway!

Really good! The series as a whole was amazing. A little cheesy and slightly coincidental at times. But I loved all the characters and story lines and I loved the inclusion of the idea of people with extra powers still having real human things to deal with like autism and LGBTQ! Absolutely great....but when does the next book come out?!

Nimic nu are sens aici.
