991 pages (yes, you read that right 😅)

Each book in this series gets longer and wilder. And like the previous ones, this one will absolutely wreck you. Just when you think things are settled—nope. You’re only 10% in, and your heart is about to get shredded, taped back together, then shredded again because the tape doesn’t even stick. 🫠

Here are just a few moments that had me screaming into the void:

🐉🐦‍🔥Darius + Tory – Omg YES… but also, WTF, Darius? COMMUNICATE!!

💙Orion – Possessive perfection. Team Blue 💙 forever. That baby question?? My ovaries hurt.

🐔Seth – Baby, you don’t need a dare. Just tell Cal how you feel. (But that “gay chicken” bit? Comedy gold.)

🍆Xavier – Sir. Why are you so obsessed with decorating your junk?? So many pages, so many bedazzled details. 🤣

👑Geraldine – The Eye tool. That’s it. That’s the post. Queen.

And now I’m diving into book 8, which clocks in at 1242 pages. Someone please send emotional support snacks.

The journey of the book had the happiness you wanted but it’s ever fleeting. Lionel looms and is a asshat to put it mildly.

There is always pain and sorrow in these books and this one is no different. The ending is chaotic and incomplete as always so you’ll immediately want to start the next one. Many storylines left unfinished with dark and despair looming.

This one was my least favourite so far. It was so poorly written it was so hard to get lost in.

I think of zodiac academy like trash TV, it’s hard to understand why you love it, but you just can’t look away. I was pleasantly surprised with the lgbtq+ representation in this book which bumps my rating to a 2.5… but I literally stopped reading it mid way to pick up and read another book 👎

It just didn’t do it for me.

Will I read the next? I think I need a break first.
