this book felt so heavily lust focused since the beginning it threw me off completely. the mmc also had nth to give expect have a one track mind of sex. kept reading for roryhazel crumbs. I actually love reading sports romance but this might be my least favorite book in the whole hockey romance genre.

So this book was the first book i had read by this author. I really enjoyed it, the only criticism I have is i feel like there was something missing...an event...something to hold the whole story together.

I loved that Jamie and pippa were back in each other's lives after being in high school together and unknowingly having a crush on each other all this time. The idea of them building that relationship again and falling for each other was lovely. It gave big sow burn vibes.

Overall a great read and I am looking forward to reading more in this series and by this author.
