Amazing

I expected typical stories of naughty things that children do when I started this book. What I received was laughter, tears, and even more than that, an education. Thank you, Trevor for sharing these stories. Your mother is my new hero.

I listened to the audio book narrated by Trevor himself. It was wonderful. It's full of laughs, but also contains a nuanced look at racial issues in South Africa and living with domestic abuse. Touching and authentic, its a great read or listen.
