Okay listen. This was a booktok recommendation and it was practically free through kindle unlimited.
Thank God, this is was a short one because the whole relationship ride Livvy and Cole gave me was too much. Maybe I can't relate because I have no experience with purity culture, but I don't quite believe that a girl, that has been brainwashed for her entire life just changes her entire view on sexuality practically over night. She was described as incredibly shy and she was making bold moves left and right.
My top tier favorite character though was Mari, because she felt like a real friend and she is hilarious, so an entire star for only her.
I had a few laughs here and there, I can't deny that I was a little bit entertained. The spice was short and also a little unbelievable, it felt very rushed to me. Coles train of thought regarding his sexual desires irritated the hell out of me, he pretended like he was the greatest wildest predator alive and clearly that wasn't the truth.
I can't recommend the book, but if your are terribly bored and need a quick light read, go for it.

Not what I thought it was. Saw it suggested on booktok and then decided to read it since it was on kindle unlimited. Only finished cause it was a quick read and I’m behind on my reading goal.
Loved the evaluation of purity culture. The story wrapped itself up quickly, leaving unanswered questions for some of the subplots. But the A Plot was five stars for sure.
