I stumbled upon Skyler Mason on TikTok and was intrigued by the idea of her novel. This was okay, I was game for the plot, but some parts felt less than realistic. I could absolutely relate to aspects of Livvy's personality and her experience with purity culture, but I just felt like her first time would not have been as....athletic...as it was in this book. Chemistry and relationship felt forced and I didn't love it in the end.

I would give this 3.5 stars. Some of the dialogue was a bit stilted, and the relationship and characters could use some more development, but it was a fun read. And I love that this book takes on purity culture. That's the best part of it for me.
