hmm this was a tough one. I liked so much of it but found some bits a bit dull. I liked all this little sidetracked stories, it was all the details on boat sizes and weights i didn't like. I found the bit with the Moro's really exciting and i really wasn't sure what was going to happen. It re-enforced my belief that most people are good. I was also surprised at the authors liberal attitudes. Good for him. All in all i think i'd give it 3.5*
