Although the writing doesn't always flow as well as it could. They truly have done a wonderful job bringing this story to life. Beautiful illustrations and of course a heartbreaking story. Although I'd learned about it in school I never really knew that much about it and I'm very happy to have learned about it this way. Read it in basically one sitting.
