I don't know on what planet Chilean sea bass, lamb racks, and osso bucco fall under the heading of "affordable" but I bet it's nice there.

All snark aside, some of these recipes look good (the Asian-style sloppy joes and the sweet and sour pork) but overall, it's definitely not a cookbook where you flip through each page and marvel at each one.
