Night - amazing.
Dawn - still really good.
Day - probably good, but in comparison to Night and Dawn, it just didn't impress me.

What a powerful collection of 3 of Wiesel's works!

I don't like the mixing of fiction and non fiction on such a heavy subject.

I just cannot thank Ellie Wiesel enough for sharing in such an extraordinary manner his experience. Not only the autobiographical Night but also the other two novels in which he translates his terrible experience so that we never forget... because such lack of humanity should never be forgotten

The first two in the trilogy I give 5 stars and the last story I give three stars. I learned some new insights and as always thankful for my life.

This was painful - and important.
To explore how people can go on after having been subjected to such horrors...thought provoking.
We can never forget the horrors that the Jews were subjected to...and this unvarnished auto-biography will continue to remind us.
Dawn and The Accident (Day) also explore how humans go on after having experienced such pain and suffering...can we go on? Who did we become? These were again painful reads but really well done.
I did enjoy knowing that the translation was done by Elie's wife - because that assured me that he did find joy in life again...and that even while we may never forget, we can "Continue".
