In this tale we get both sides of the story. I completely fell into this world, and I would willing stay if not for Lillith. Both empires are fighting against each other and Lillith. While both sides want to rule differently than in times past, they are going to have to meet to hash out what is going on. As both sides are battered from within and without their walls the story opens to show us all the sides that the rulers have and must become to win. This story wrapped up a lot of questions that the first two left us with, gave us a lot more romance, and even some new questions to ponder. All that said, this was a fun trilogy of a different kind of war, love, and how we think about things & people around us.

I laughed, I cried, I squealed, I cried some more! My heart is full and while I'm sad to see the story end I can say that I was blessed to get to enter the world of Emberfall and Syhl Shallow.

Just not really a fan of this series. I don't like the romances, there's a lot of people dying but wait they're not really dead, and a surprise pregnancy . Just not sure this series was for me.
