My least favorite book in the series so far, and I think it will be my least favorite upon finishing the series. I just did not like the kingdom of zeropolis. It didn't fit with the vibe of the setup of the five kingdoms. Having the technology and American elements just ruined it for me. I did enjoy the surprises in the book but I'm glad to be moving on to book 4.

This book was wonderful. It was also crummy. I feel like if there had been more editing, less telling, and more specific descriptions, it would have blown me away. Still, its story is great and it held my favorite and most unexpected plot twist ever? So points to Mull. Will definitely get to book 4 soon.
