All in all, I still enjoyed this duet. There was some fun groveling, a lil spicy spice, and I wasn’t mad at it. The guys stepped their game up in this one, even though there’s really zero distinguishable characteristics between them all
This is definitely one of those duology that could have been condensed down to a single book without losing anything.
Book 1 needed more smut, book 2 needed more grovel, that's all I've got

What an excellent conclusion to the Pack Rivals duet! Hannah really leaves us hanging at the end of book one so I was so pleased to get an ARC copy to see how it would conclude!
I really appreciate how the packs actually made substantial life changes to better themselves and for their future partner.
I loved all of the characters in this book but extra special shout outs to Bea for being the confident badass she is and Nate, my weakness is the psycho golden retriever type, I loved him.
If you liked part one make sure to check out part two and see what pack she'll end up with...

Hannah Haze could step on me and I’d thank her.
I love the wrap up to Bea’s story, and how she came to forgive and to love. I loved that we’re able to get a POV from each packmate and that it didn’t get overwhelming trying to figure out who’s who. The plot and spice were great. Can’t wait to read Mollu’s story next!

Review for the duet together.
This duet had an interesting hook--the 26-year-old heroine has lived her entire life in a small town with no alphas or omegas, and as soon as she leaves town she meets an alpha and almost instantly reacts as an omega. Cue learning all about puberty/bonding/heat stuff she thought she'd never have to think about.
This is mostly a sweet omegaverse setting, which I usually prefer. Give me all the courting and pampering and indulgent guilty pleasures, please. A 'sweet' setting also tends to mitigate (for me at least) the body betrayal syndrome that is usually a key component of omegaverse stories.
There's some darker external elements at play, and the two rival packs are real morons for a good chunk of the story. I mean, come on. You had an omega sister who could've been telling you all the things you were doing wrong the whole time? The grovel is decent enough, tho. She makes them work for it.
The problem with a large pack is making the characters distinct from each other. I particularly liked Silver and Nate, but the others kind of blended together. I also couldn't tell if they were crime guys and developers, or just developers.(What's the diff, amirite?) I also wish there had been a face-to-face comeuppance for the shitty gaslighting ex-fiancé.

This book was a great secondary story to the first. It wrapped up all my questions about the first (and some I hadn’t thought to ask) as well provided lots of fluffy development for Bea. I loved that she became more settled in her sense of self throughout the book.
