The second part of the duet it didn't feel as fun as the first one. You still have a slow burn going on through most of the book and it's more focused on the characters than anything. It didn't feel like much different happened in this one, and some of the drama felt repeated from the first.

Was a little bit disappointed after really loving the first book, it just felt like the charm and tension from book 1 wasn't present.  Wasn't the biggest fan of the big drama at the end with the villains.

I did like how the characters felt fairly consistent to the first book and I would still recommend reading the first for the fun times.

Great ending to the duology!

A light , fluffy Omegaverse.  Just the palate cleanser I needed!

Pack Rivals Part Two picks up right where Part One left off. Bea has been kidnapped from the clinic she went to for her heat, after Pack York and Pack Boston's actions have left her questioning how they really for her and unsure who to trust. Both packs, despite being enemies, rally together to rescue Bea and come to her aid. They both are unwilling to relinquish Bea to the other, and have to find a way to come together in order to win her over.

I loved the action in the beginning and watching Axel and Angel work together to save Bea and how the pack members are able to work together for her. Whereas in Part One we got to see Bea interact quite a bit with both packs, here we get to see her build relationships with each of the alphas over the course of the story. This is a sweet omegaverse romance, but I do with the alpha's had been a little more alpha at times. I loved how everything gets wrapped up, especially the epilogue. Can't wait to read Molly's book.

lighthearted

well written, good story, but low spice

I knew it was going to be a slow burn & it was. The spice was good, not great but what bothered me was how much was skimmed over. Just not very detailed or frequent once it began. The story was interesting & well written & thats that’s why I finished it but usually I’ll DNF similar books.
