I sprinted to the end of this book as fast as humanly possible!! I am 100% not the target demographic bc all i wanted was way less sex and way more actual hockey and figure skating. Weird pacing, no one’s actions had any consequences, the most boring main characters that i have ever not cared about, and my least favorite trope to end a romance book ever. Boo

This book was a nice refresher rom-com, first one I read about sport romance and it didn’t disappoint at all, loved both characters and arcs, very relatable topics and heavy ones done very thoughtfully.
Definitely a book I will be recommending a lot

I could not put this book down from the moment I started reading it. I loved all the characters and reacted to each twist. I wish there was more to how Nate discovered what aaron did. The ending almost felt rushed in some ways, but I was satisfied in how it ended. I wish there was a second book to follow other characters stories. I would love to see one on Henley going through the last two years of school.
