Catch her Heart is the 3rd story in the Vancouver Tridents series. It follows catcher, Dan Montgomery, and his huge crush on his friend, and team physio, Lark Miller. Lark starts the story engaged to her longtime boyfriend, but her doubts are clear from the beginning.

I really enjoyed this story! I loved how Monty is just so in love with Lark, but has clearly boundaries as she's in a relationship with someone else. Whilst he'd rather it was with hin, he's just happy that she's happy.

I was happy that the toxic person in Lark's relationship was actually her mother in law rather than Baron, and that he took the breakup so well! The drama is fun sometimes, but this was refrshing. I also really enjoyed Lark's passion for her career, and how neither of them had to give up anything or change anything in order to be together and get exactly what they wanted.

The narration was performed in dual style by Tim Paige and Victoria Connolly. Both gave really strong performances, doing good male and female voices, as well as great pacing!

Overall, a great listen, and I can't wait for more in the series!

I have enjoyed this entire series so much and was so excited to finally get to Lark and Dan's story! We have been given little snippets of their friendship in the first two books, and finally, we get to see them have their HEA!

Dan has been pining for Lark for years, but she has had a boyfriend since they met. Instead of just letting her go, he became her best friend, and that's what he has been for the last three years. But guess what?! Lark finally broke up with her long-time boyfriend, and now Dan sees his opportunity to be with the girl of his dreams. But then the unexpected happens... they are going to become parents!!

Dan Montgomery is the greenest green flag, golden retriever MMC ever, and seriously, it is so swoony and sweet it will make your teeth hurt! The way he pined for her was absolutely adorable! And the little tattoo!! Gah! So sweet! Dan and Lark were so cute together! They had the most wonderful friendship, and I think it just made their romantic relationship that much stronger. And their communication?? Perfection! The found family they had with the baseball team was amazing! This was a very sweet and swoon worthy romance with all the green flags you could ever need!

AUDIO:  This is narrated by Tim Paige and Victoria Connnolly. Tim was the most perfect Dan!! He gave us the fun and oh so lovable Dan! Victoria was amazing as Lark. I really enjoyed this audio!

erg platte karakters, hield niet echt van de "29-year-old-virgin" trope, en "ik-voel-me-ziek-oh-huh-ik-ben-zwanger???-how-did-that-happen???" not for me

Stopped at 60%. No conflict and
she still wasn’t pregnant!! I was hoping that the unexpected pregnancy was where the conflict would come from.
