Altogether, I love Poldark. Warleggan was very intriguing. The characters were very well put together. I like Demelza, I marvel at how much she has developed, not only as a character, but as a wife and mother. She is a vision depicting the rags to riches story, although the Poldarks have not many riches, at least not yet.
It truly as a good read, which I recommend to anyone that is a fan of 18th century historical fiction.

DAMMIT ROSS
It was a slow 'un and only a few events happened that really grasped me. I just want to read about Demelza, my precious moonbeam!

3.5 out of 5 stars.
So Ross' character is destroyed and is officially the worst. Other than that it was interesting to see how the series changed things from the book -- especially in the area of the ending, and increasing the conflict between Ross and George.

This book addressed so many plot points set up in Jeremy Poldark that I couldn't stop reading. This was one of the best books in the Poldark series so far. So many ups and downs, I can't wait to start the next book.
