One of the most engaging books I've read in the last few years. I would recommend 'The Glass Castle' to anyone who enjoys an eventful story in which many smaller stories create the whole.

Emotional book about family dynamics and the hard parts of life. A very moving memoir.

I really enjoyed this one despite the long reading time.
I can't believe what Walls as a young girl had to go through, much less what happened when she was getting older.
I understand why certain things were only mentioned, but at time it felt a little as though they were being totally brushed off.
Overall, a very good book. And I'd love to see the movie.
