I can't say much other than LotR is a masterpiece. I watched the movies before the books and fell in love immediately, but nothing can compare to the books, of course. My only struggle with these is that they are DENSE. I remember getting fatigued while reading them for the first time at 16. However, I plan to read them again someday soon.
