Kathryn Moon knows how to write some of the best "why choose?" polyamorous romance I've ever read. Hands down. Each character relationship has such thought and care put into the cultivation. They make so much sense because you see *why* the pairings work, not just "I'm hot. You're hot. Let's bone."

I loved returning to the Tempting Monsters world and exploring new characters, monster species, and continuing the fight against Birsha. I loved getting a visit from Esther and her Star Manor gentlemen, and a return of Marius the basilisk from The Basilisk of Star Manor short that came out in an anthology earlier this year. Knowing a few more of the handsome monsters in this book will get more page time in the next was fun to feel like getting some sneak peeks.

To have half the endurance and capacity to love as Hazel and Esther do is mind boggling. Like, cheers ladies. I'd never get anything done! But then again, being doted on by outrageously wealthy monsters means you don't have to, right? Honestly, goals.
