I believe this is a debut novel, well done I enjoyed it immensely.
This is Cobolt "Bolt" and Ruby's journey in life, both with a tragic history. Bolt having a tough childhood and Ruby, the death of her parents and being trapped in an abusive relationship. The story was decently long and yet I was totally invested in the story line and the characters and not bored for a minute. As a fellow Aussie, thank you for making it so comfortable to read. I really look forward to more about the other characters.
