Second read: I didn’t enjoy this book as much as I did the first time but I still really enjoyed it. It could be the head frame I’m in at the moment. I really enjoyed that it tells us the story from both Hardin and Tessas PoV. We see that Hardin is really trying to be better for Tessa and build on their relationship but we also see Tessa starting to stand up for herself, which is nice. I knew the cliffhanger was coming but it still gets me every time. I also like how in the book it says my exact thought (Just once I want a book that tells us relationships as they are not the normal romance where boy meets girl, girl falls in love, there’s one problem and then they fix it, the end).

First read: I loved this book... I loved that we got to see Tessa and Hardin’s point if view and that he’s growing. There relationship is very complicated and unhealthy but maybe that’s why I like it so much it makes me feel like it’s more real then what happens in books now a days.
I’m really hoping there able to get over there shit and work as a couple to move forward and mature.
And the ending of this book was interesting....
there’s so much drama in this series and I love it!

I do love the relationship between Tessa and Hardin. They are completely flawed individuals that found each other. They are in fact perfect for each other. I like this book, but not as much as After. The back and forth between them sometimes becomes too much.
