This is George Martin we are talking about and he definitely manage to capture me in his books. He perfectly writes each story with one same objective and that is the Iron throne.
He introduces this story with a noble family called the Starks. Eddars Stark lord of winterfell is an honorable man asked to be hand of the king,the king being his bestfriend.Before him the hand of the king was murder and Eddard suspects he discover something that cost him his life. Now Eddard must leave his family and discover what this secret was about and even risking his life in the process.

Bueno bueno, quien lo diría, he acabado al fin este libro. Me ha costado lo mio, no porque no me haya gustado, en general me gusta, pero las escenas de batalla... mejor para la TV.
Tampoco he podido con algunos personajes, ya en la serie no me gustaban, pero leerlos ha sido tedioso.
Sin embargo los que me gustan los he disfrutado mucho más.
Ademas después de ver la serie (2 veces)es un poco como repetir de más, pero bueno seguiré porque parece ser que los demás se parecen menos.
Tampoco he podido con algunos personajes, ya en la serie no me gustaban, pero leerlos ha sido tedioso.

I’ve been obsessed with the show for as long as I can remember so I finally decided to read it after moving to the UK!!
And omg I’m obsessed again. I love it
Unfortunately spelling mistakes take me out of it completely and there was 1 or 2 (a record for other books I’ve read yay!)
But I will definitely be reading number 2 mayhaps next year
A longer book but I’m proud of myself for reading it all the way through. It took a while and I was studying for my exam throughout but it was worth it!

So I know that the good guys can't win all the time or there's no good story to tell, but there seems to be an inverse relationship between the dickness rating and the likelihood of death for all characters here. Buuuuut people tell me to keep reading, so I will.
