This is my favorite book, and it's the only book I've reread more than twice. I first read this when I was a teenager, and it broadened my understanding of people as a whole: what drives us to act particular ways; what makes right or wrong and who gets to decide; and what love means on many, many different levels. While the premise is sad, and I shed quite a few tears, I encourage anyone to pick up this book.
