Been awhile since I read the first book so took some time to get back in to the world, a slightly slow start but couldn't put it down once I reached the last 2/3rds

I think I just have to acknowledge that this series might just not be for me 🥶🥶 IM SORRY SAMANTHA SHANNON ILY but i just didn’t really care about any of the characters except maybe Nick. I don’t like the romance between warden and Paige and the first 200 pages were very boring HOLY fvbkjdsfbvdsfbvkjdfnvdnfvakdjnfvakdnjfvkadbjfvsjkdbfvsjkdbfv this dug me so deep into the reading slump and finally after 3 failed attempts to dnf this I’m putting it down thank you 😋
