Man, I had flashbacks to Twisted Hate reading this book! It was a thrill ride! There is so much fire in this story! There are a lot of triggers in this book. The women are called old ladies and there is a lot of sexism throughout the story.

Got to 31% and realized I didn't particularly care about the characters. One or both of them probably could have died and it would have made the story more interesting.
Not a huge fan of the virgin trope and the mentions of the MFC being unable to get pregnant just made me think she was going to have a miracle surprise pregnancy (also not a fan of this trope). The MMC comes across as very vulgar in a non-sexy way and the FMC seems a little flaky when she can't seem to decide whether she should plan to run away or stay and just enjoy this newfound "freedom" as an apparent prisoner.
I went in looking for a trashy romance (in a good way, of course) but I just couldn't get into this one. It had promise but the execution wasn't there for me.
