Many delicious recipes and funny commentary in the beginning, alas no desserts, but she warns you about that. Oh and the recipes are totally do-able.

Chrissy sure does know how to cook! I love that she uses simple ingredients that any average person can get a hold of to make amazing recipes. I can not wait to try all the recipes I have bookmarked. If you are debating about picking up this cookbook, debate no more! Pick it up and make some food.

I didn't think I could love Chrissy anymore then I do now. Boy was I wrong! Her recipes are amazing and easy to tackle. Plus she is supper funny and added pictures of her hubby through out the book. Win. Win.

I spent a couple hours on my couch combing through every inch of this cookbook, drooling at the delicious photos of food, laughing at Chrissy's quick and witty commentary, and absorbing her easy to read instructions.
If you're trying to diet, this is not the book for you. This book is loaded with fatty potatoes, pork, and cheese. She emphasizes that her book is really about comfort foods that look intimidating but anyone can make.
Can't wait to hit the kitchen!!!

Holy moly, I think I drooled as I went through this. Everything looks amazing and I've bookmarked so many recipes to try! Will definitely have to spread them out over the upcoming years because they are indulgent! Got this as a library loan and will be purchasing ASAP.
