What a great book. This is the second Norman Vincent Peale book I've read and I'm becoming a fan of his mindset. I found it on YouTube but I think it cut off the last chapter or so. Now I can't think fully positive.

I have absolutely no doubt that I would be happier if I believed in God, as this book argues. However, I cannot believe in a God who tells me I can be happy and accepted IF I accept HIS values as my own. That is human logic that serves human purposes. I don't need to believe in God to believe in myself. I think there is helpful advice and clever insights in this book, but I can't bring myself to accept the religious aspects of his arguments.

You have to remember this was written over 50 years ago by a pastor, since there are many religious aspects and examples to the book. I personally took these lightly, but as examples they can be related to many situations today. Very good examples/stories and easy steps to follow if you want a more positive life. Think positive and be positive.

Holy Christianity! I got 24 minutes in and it was all talk about Jesus Christ, God, Bible, religion, Faith. I was hoping for some inspiring bits about positivity but I can't move forward.
